Ownership
A minority-owned Nevada corporation, headquartered in Las Vegas, and
established in 1995, Eagle Promotions is one of the largest promotional
advertising companies in the United States, ranked 25th in volume by
Impressions magazine. Eagle Promotions is owned by Sean Ono and Mario
Stadtlander, both long time residents of the Las Vegas Valley with strong ties
to the community. We decorate in-house and ship our products all over the
country. We have been in business for 12 years and have steadily grown every
year in business due to our service, quality, and competitive pricing - all of
which separate us from our competition. Further separating us from the other
companies in the clothing industry is the scope of our operations. We maintain
both a Retail division and a Promotional Division.
Value added functions we provide are the warehousing, distribution, delivery
and online store/e-commerce capabilities such as order tracking, and automatic
email notification of orders placed online. In the past 2 years, we have
doubled in size. Our Retail Division has helped us increase our capabilities
and corporate footprint and allowing us and to take advantage of the synergies
between both Retail and Promotional market segments. Our facility is currently
35,000 square feet and we employ 100+ associates. We are poised with our staff
and facility to be able to grow and service our accounts, no matter how large,
for many years to come. We are proud that our business is still run by the
original owners and decisions can be made immediately to help service our
customers.
Eagle Promotions specializes in promotional products, silk
screened t-shirts, embroidered clothing, both domestic and imported advertising
specialty items.
One of the major competitive advantages we have at Eagle Promotions is our
staff. We maintain the following departments composed of associates with years
of experience in our industry:
Quality
Our quality standards are higher than any other in the industry because we also
produce a finished resalable product for retail chains. The expectations with
product, decorating, shipping compliance, and billing are extremely high across
both our divisions. Organizationally, we have a full Quality Control staff that
checks every order to make sure these quality standards are being met. All
product is inspected for quality, consistency, and correct sizing when received
from overseas vendors and also when produced in-house.
Purchasing and Sourcing
Since we offer literally hundreds of thousands of products, we do business with
a tremendous number of suppliers. We have had 12 year relationships with our
top five clothing suppliers and average $500,000 - $1,000,000 in annual
purchases with each. Our industry experience of over a decade has allowed us to
build relationships with factories overseas, providing another competitive
advantage. We can offer import programs to our clients, resulting in increased
cost effectiveness, as well as the flexibility to offer our clients true custom
products. Some of the countries we currently source from are China, Pakistan,
and Korea. In addition, since we are one of the largest clothing companies in
our industry, we have the experience to turn around small to large size
emergency orders, if needed.
Warehousing and Distribution
We have a full staff in our distribution center and warehouse handling,
shipping, inventory management, receiving, and delivery. Our warehouse is
20,000+ square feet and we have a great deal of room for expansion. We deliver
daily throughout the Las Vegas Valley and have a fleet of both large and small
vehicles to accommodate any delivery size.
We also pull and ship product nationwide on a daily basis. All orders that are
processed on our online store ship within 24 hours with any special
instructions our clients may have.
Operations and Customer Service
Even while growing at a rapid pace, our company has been able to provide
superior customer service because the majority of the silk screening and
decorating is done in-house. We have control of quality, lead time, and any
price fluctuations that may occur. This is in stark contrast to most of the
companies in our industry who subcontract out the design, decorating, and
fulfillment functions, We outsource only with our import programs and when
buying our blank goods domestically. We have a full support staff of 8
representatives managed by a Director of Sales Operations and Customer Service
with over 30 years experience in our industry.
Art and Graphic Design
We have a full service, in-house staff of graphic artists creating impressive
and original artwork for our clients. Design and merchandising services are a
vital part of the basket of services we provide our clients.
Retail Sales and Merchandising
Our Retail Division services retail stores and resort destinations such as
Universal Studios, West Marine Boating Stores, all of Caesars/Harrah's casino
properties nationwide, just to name a few. We have developed a cutting edge
fashion and design staff, giving us the unique ability to provide additional
value by merchandising for our retail and corporate clients. We have full time
staffs dedicated to ticketing and labeling product.
Promotional Advertising Sales
Our Promotional Division handles sales for our large corporate clients as well
as the bigger casino promotions in Las Vegas. We provide an A to Z product
selection for small items such as pens and coffee cups to full online stores
which provide shipping and fulfillment. Our orders range from small 144 piece
orders up to 50,000+ piece size.
